Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping costs for your order are calculated automatically when an order is placed.

Surcharges do apply for NT and Cape York.

(Please note that for larger items the volumetric weight is usually greater than the actual weight, this is why sometimes you will see a greater weight charge amount for larger goods)

All items are delivered via registered post and will require a signature on arrival.
If no one is available at the time of delivery the item will be redirected to your nearest Toll Ipec depot and a notification will be left to arrange pick up.

Go Kegging will not accept returns that are damaged in transit therefore postal insurance is available on request.
Go Kegging will only accept returns of faulty goods if they are returned within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
Conditions of returns are, any returned goods must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging for any refund to be accepted.
The freight component of any purchase is never refundable only the cost of the goods them self.

Some of our products come with full 1 year warranty please inquire about warranty policies.

We will certainly notify you on purchase if you have a manufacturers warranty on the item you have purchased.
